Another fantastic dealership experience. I was greeted so pleasantly at the front desk. Isaac was waiting for me up front as well. I had texted him to let him know I wanted to test drive the I was greeted so pleasantly at the front desk. Isaac was waiting for me up front as well. I had texted him to let him know I wanted to test drive the loaner car NX they had. He had the car pulled up for me with the AC on and an ice cold water in the cup holder. Isaac and I went on a test drive up to the service department which is essentially like the Waldorf Astoria. Just another 5 star experience at Lexus of Brookfield. It was great chatting with Dale as well, he fixed me a nice cup of coffee! More

What a wonderful place to buy a new Lexus NX 450h+! !! First dealer in the Midwest to work a deal with me to get the new PEV NX, staff was very friendly.
