Had an electrical problem that is extremely hard to resolve when that problem doesn’t present itself at the time of examination and of course it didn’t. The Courtesy service mechanics did everything po resolve when that problem doesn’t present itself at the time of examination and of course it didn’t. The Courtesy service mechanics did everything possible to isolate the issue but after three days couldn’t get the car to duplicate the issue therefore they said that I should take the car and wait for the electrical issue to show back up again and then they will try again to fix it. Had issues at the start of the experience with Montana as a Service Advisor but Mark stepped in and directed me to Bob. The experience was night and day.
