Twice bitten First time for warranty repair 3 1/2 hr wait for a quoted 1hr job. Second warranty repair has failed in less than 12 hrs. On top of this they damaged First time for warranty repair 3 1/2 hr wait for a quoted 1hr job. Second warranty repair has failed in less than 12 hrs. On top of this they damaged my vehicle, dented tailgate. No one has followed up with me 24 hrs later. Sales and service have been a nightmare. More

Car shopping while waiting for a car repait From the time we walked in the door everyone was very helpful and understanding. Bob listened to what we wanted in a mini van and the right price. NEW car towed back to the dealer, repairs made to NEW car I purchased a new 2016 challanger with 83 miles on it, had it only 10 days and it over heated and dropped the plug and all the fluid. Now it is in the shop after being towed back to the dealership. A new car with these kind of issues is not good, had repairs made at the dealer at no cost to me, with a rental car 5 days. Major repairs to a brand new car are still unsatisfactory no matter who is at fault. Chrysler would not step up to the plate and take care of the problem, they left it to the dealer to come up with a solution..Just have to hope this wont happen again ????????? More

The way it should be! First delt with Melissa Hass from Internet Sales, she replied quickly to my questions on a used Audi A8. Found the car on Cargurus but no pictures were attached yet. Melissa took the time to go back in the shop where the car was being serviced since it was just taken in on a trade, she took about a dozen pics of the car and texted them to me within 15 min of me asking. WHO DOES THAT?? So that got my interest and drove 4 hrs to check it out. Melissa then set me up with Bob Weibe in sales, this guy takes the cake! I usually hate talking to sales people, but this guy is truly one of the best! We had a great time on the test ride and then the real magic began back at the dealership. My credit approval and loan application were done before I knew it. Oh, did I say the car was nicer than I thought? No BS! The deal was made and the payment was were I wanted it. The only glitch was on my end when I got the call that I didn't get the new job I was waiting on.
