Wanted to say thanks to the folks at Kevin Grover Buick GMC, with special recognition to the owner Kevin. I'm from the Tulsa area and had been searching for a specific model for a few weeks. I finally fou GMC, with special recognition to the owner Kevin. I'm from the Tulsa area and had been searching for a specific model for a few weeks. I finally found it at Grover Buick GMC in Wagoner. Just goes to show, maybe you should look at small town dealerships first rather than the big, high overhead, city dealerships. My Salesman Bob was straightforward on our negotiations. No high pressure, no gimmicks. I very much appreciated it. Seldom have I found a car salesman lay it out so honestly as to what the dealership could and could not do. Bob made our deal work and my vehicle was to be ready to go the next day. In dealer prep, the guys in service ran into a bit of a problem as my vehicle was DRW truck. They needed some extra time on my truck, but I had to leave to complete a job in Lee, New Hampshire straightaway. Kevin Grover, having heard me voice my concern, stepped in and together we were able to agree on a plan that would allow me to get to the job AND finish the related service on my truck. I don't want this to sound like some canned commercial, but there really isn't another way to put it. Everyone made me feel like they had my back, like family. So yep, I would purchase another vehicle from Grover Buick GMC and surely would recommend to anyone to check out what vehicles they have. Mr. Grover was very friendly each time I encountered him, but yet completely professional. Bob Wisely did a great job keeping me up to date as we waited for delivery.
