When we met in person, she was just as warm and courteous as she had been over the phone. Our salesperson, Bob Dalipi was so accommodating. He knew the vehicle, answered all our questions and worked to complete the sale to our satisfaction. The gentleman in Finance, Richard Smith, made the process painless. He explained each document, why it was necessary, and made sure we understood. He was patient, courteous and thorough. I don't think we'll have to shop around for a dealer when we get ready to purchase again. We've found a dealer who appreciates our business.
