Hello, this is the WORST dealership - BMW of Palm Springs, CA that I have ever dealt with. It started ok for the leased car - 3 YEARS with salesman Angel Gomez. After the 3 years we're almost up I sp Springs, CA that I have ever dealt with. It started ok for the leased car - 3 YEARS with salesman Angel Gomez. After the 3 years we're almost up I spoke to them asking what the pay off would be at the end told me $27K. I was told by the Finance Mgr payoff would be close to $11K. They lied to me. I had to lease another vehicle as it was up in about 6 weeks. Told them I need a car because of my disabled Veteran husband to take to the doctor, etc. I asked for assistance with financing, as we are seniors and on a budget. This happened very close to the July 4th holiday. They told me $700 a month. Could not afford that, can yous help? Was told that's too bad, you need to go to KIA, Nissan or some other dumpy car place. as they only deal in luxury cars. That was disgusting and insulting to be treated like crap. Said " their business and money was more important than their customers." I called BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES and made a complaint. Then spoke to someone in their Corporate Office. They have black marks - NOT GOOD on their dealership from the nasty behavior they told me. I was forced to return the car early and they refused to credit me with the early return and car only had 4,200 miles on it in 3 years and in immaculate condition. After all the rude nasty people in that dealership I would never lease or buy a car from them again. I am warning anyone who may think about going to that dealership yous better think twice about doing it. This episode upset us both very much and caused my husband undue horrible stress. He is close to 80 years old. I hope this comment will avoid others from the above situation. More

I've leased a number of cars from Palm Springs BMW, always through Brad Williams. I ordered a 2025 BMW I5 eDrive40 in November, 2024. It arrived last week and I picked it up Friday. All of the docum always through Brad Williams. I ordered a 2025 BMW I5 eDrive40 in November, 2024. It arrived last week and I picked it up Friday. All of the documentation was ready upon arrival and took only a few minutes to complete. The resident BMW Genius spent a generous amount of time explaining all of the technology and answering questions. The entire experience, from ordering, tracking and receiving the car was excellent. Brad kept me informed all along the way. I'm very happy with the I5 and tge sales experience. One unrelated to BMW issue is Electrify America. We were unable to link the account at BMW and I was unable to open a new account on my own. Electrify America was problematic with an earlier EV and remains so today. Fortunately, I installed a level 2 charger at home while we get the account with EA resolved. More
