Loose lugnut & damage Bobby the service adviser was great but, two days after my service I had a lug nut fall off my wheel after having my tires rotated. Luckily someone I Bobby the service adviser was great but, two days after my service I had a lug nut fall off my wheel after having my tires rotated. Luckily someone I know observed it and I was able to put it back on and tighten it up. I also noticed damage to my chrome clad wheel which appeared to be from the mechanic striking it with a hard object somehow. I normally have good experience with Columbia Ford but this was unacceptable. More

The treatment I received at Columbia Kia Service was great We were under the gun to leave on vacation when we got a low tire pressure indicator warning. Unable to follow directions I have used this dealership many times and always had the same poor experience. They don’t listen to the customer. Usually it’s not giving me a call w I have used this dealership many times and always had the same poor experience. They don’t listen to the customer. Usually it’s not giving me a call when I ask them to but this time was worse. We all know dealerships use air tool to do most of their work. Them doing so damaged my lug nuts so much that I was unable to put the 19mm socket onto the nut. I had to replace the full set of lug nuts. So during this visit I specifically asked them not to use the air gun on the lug nuts. When my car came out I can clearly see that they did. I already have marks where you can see they are starting to be stripped. You may ask why I keep going back and the answer is simply because it’s free service that came with the car. But as we all know, nothing is free. Very dissatisfied with this service department. More
