I can not emphasize enough how much my salesman, Keith Randall, influences my use of your dealership. Bobby Hall was very knowledgeable about the Mustang I purchased and could answer all of the questions I had regarding the car. He did not make me feel pressured in any way to purchase a car. He was always easy to reach by phone if I had any additional questions during the time I was considering purchasing the car. Bobby made me feel that he cared about my purchase of a car as much as he would have cared if his own family member was purchasing the car. We just purchased a 2012 Focus. The car that we wanted was not available and Bobby searched, found the car and followed up to have delivery to us in less than 1 week. We are extremely pleased with the car and it was a pleasure dealing with Bobby. He followed up on everything that we wanted, has complete knowledge of the vehicle, was able to read us as a customer and has a wonderful sense of humor. Bobby worked with our schedules and gave up his time off so that we were able to pick up the when it was convenient for us.
