My visit to Tom Bannen Chevrolet GMC Buick was as pleasant of a retail experience I have had. I arrived and Mr. Bannen introduced me to Beau Leslie. Beau spent most of the afternoon with me driving and comparing different trucks. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features of each vehicle. I picked out a truck and drove it for a couple of days to make sure it was the one. I called Beau and told him I wanted it. I came back to the dealership and then worked with Bobby Harrison on adding a couple of accessories. Once that was finished, I met with Mike Cancel to work out the financing. The entire staff there was so friendly and helpful during the purchase process. I felt confortable the entire time that I was making the right choice. I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone and will always bring my business back to Tom Bannen Chevrolet GMC Buick. More
