The best buying experience giving the circumstances. We've been in the Ford Family for over 21 years owning every model from the Focus to the Super Duty. But when Dustin Berry Service Rep informed us of the news, we were faced with the decision to repair or buy. We knew Ford had the answer. We met Bobby Heffner who turned out to be very knowledgeable about the Ford products and listened to us very cafefully providing a great solution to our desires in a safe replacement for our truck. We had a very pleasant experience. One in which we'd travel from Oklahoma to Arkansas to do business Bobby and Smith Ford again in the future. More

Happy at Smith Ford, Conway, AR Caleb & Bobby both went the extra mile for me. After locating a less expensive F 350 that ended up being damaged in transit, they were ably to swing a Caleb & Bobby both went the extra mile for me. After locating a less expensive F 350 that ended up being damaged in transit, they were ably to swing a super deal for a King Ranch version. I now have my dream truck! They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. More
