From the moment I pull into the service area things go smoothly for the customer. The service team is patient with me as I am always having to grab something from the back of my vehicle-I apologize as I know they are on a schedule, but they say ‘take your time ma’am’. I love how they send a video of under the hood of my vehicle, explaining all of the things that were needing to be done, or in my case because my vehicle is so new all looks good. The service team sure knows what they are doing. Then once my vehicle is done the service team will send me a text message to let me know that it has been completed. Payment is always easy. More
