Friendly and informative staff, but not accurate with time frame estimate of service. They told me my service would be about an hour and a half, I even had a scheduled appointment prior to bringing in my time frame estimate of service. I was checked in with once, but was radio silent after that first check in and when asked about how much more time, they said it shouldn't be too much longer, only for me to wait 3 more hours for my vehicle.
