Gabriel Hosteller was our sales person. He was helpful, friendly, and quick! He got us beverages and gave us private time to discuss our purchase. We came to test a 2014 Sienna and ended up buying it. I had it checked out at my mechanic the next day. They found the license plate bulbs and a low beam headlight were out, and it needed windshield wipers. Those were the only things they should have caught. Other items such as front tire wear, an axle bearing, and original shocks are normal age things that are reasonable for me to fix myself. My mechanic rated it above average condition. The detailing was immaculate, and all features function as expected. It came with only one key and fob, but I was informed what day of the week their key guy is in house so I can get another. I was impressed that Bobby Konnight provided in-house title and plate processing, and I left there completely ready to go. All I had to do was inform my insurance lady of my new purchase. More

I purchased my car from St. cloud Subaru in August. When doing my first oil changed I noticed some leaks. I called in as they were to be covered under my warranty. Ben was able t cloud Subaru in August. When doing my first oil changed I noticed some leaks. I called in as they were to be covered under my warranty. Ben was able to set up an appointment for further diagnosis. After this I was informed that I would need to/ was recommended to send my car to a GM dealer for the repairs as I have a Chevy. They were very upfront about this and wanted to make sure I got proper service and repairs. Ben and Joe very kindly explained how my warranty works and directed me to a couple other local dealers to have work done at. When I went to pick up my car Callista helped me and gave me the correct online info as well as the phone number for my warranty company. She even ran through the cold to find my car in their side lot when I was ready to go. All very professional and courteous with my warranty questions. More
