The only one negative experience was when I came into pick up the plates and Bobby was not there. There were a group of 5/6 sales people in speaking - I kindly asked if someone could help and the one person who responded could not have been more rude. I have a general idea who it was because I saw him walk into his office after the interaction but I am not entirely sure and will not mention any names. It was actually very disappointing and the complete opposite of what our experience has been with Bobby Madden. More
