Bobby was consistently giving me updates and even went out of his way to check in on my travels to be sure my wife and I were safe, as we traveled 8 hours to get my vehicle, as well as a follow up call to ensure we got home safely. Juan was tenacious and worked diligently with the banks to ensure I got the car of my dreams. I cannot thank both of those gentlemen enough for their dedication to their customers. Even tho I got a car , I had a problem , probably it was my fault probably it was before , but this man stayed in contact with me and made sure the car was fixed and given back in immaculate condition! The character of this man is one in a million , I felt taken care of and I know I didn’t lost money in my vehicle purchase ! This man is still calling me after a month to check up with me and make sure the car has no problems and I’m ok! Always answered my phone calls or returning my phone calls even after I bought the car ! I never, NEVER had somebody that sold me a car to be so carrying like this man, I’m just a simple client that needed help and like everybody wanted a good car! We had certain features and conditions, and it took us over 6 months of reading, doing a few test drives, etc. But I couldn't find anything in our local Tulsa area that met all our requirements in features, price, etc. Then, on a Thursday afternoon, somehow I stumbled on to Dallas Lease Returns on the web and a 2013 Volvo XC60 T6 that checked all the boxes. Bobby Nicholson reached out to me, and I made arrangements to fly down to Dallas the next day (a bit scary at first in the time of COVID), and Bobby graciously offered to pick me up at the airport in the Volvo. I bought it and drove it back to Tulsa that afternoon, and it's been everything we hoped for. I've since recommended Dallas Lease Returns and Bobby to friends who are looking for new vehicles. More
