Time for a new car! It was time to trade in my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, but I was unsure what to get with all the new models and new features. Robert Raines (who looked like my nephew) came to my aid and patiently went through all my needs. We took a test drive around my old college. I settled on what I wanted and Mr. Raines found my car in north Indiana, driving it down here in 11 hours. He went above and beyond to get my car. Then he explained how to use the new features I wasn't use to. He made sure I had what I needed, and he was available for any questions I might have later. I was so lucky to get such great service.
