I walked through the doors and it was like I was part of the family… Bobby Salvatore came right over and asked what brought us in that day? After telling him we were looking for a newer vehicle he brought us over and introduced us to a sales consultant. He introduced my son and I to Al Fontaine. Al was a complete progressional. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get us into the right car to fit our family needs and lifestyle. John Ferrell in finance worked with me as well to get me the best rate to finance the vehicle. After the keys were in my hand and we were leaving I gave Al a hug because I could tell he was genuinely happy for me. He wished me the best of luck and thanked me for the business. They say they have something called meet or beat policy ,for which I went 60 miles far ,they agreed to a particular number of monthly payment for lease on that day ,Later after 2 days they called and no we ,for which I went 60 miles far ,they agreed to a particular number of monthly payment for lease on that day ,Later after 2 days they called and no we can't match that this will be the number .I was expecting that they keep their word but no they just bluff Its just waste of time going such far as well I lost other cars because of this dealership. More

This is our third Honda we have owned in the last twelve years and they all came from this dealership. Dennis Sisto sold us two vehicles ( Honda Civic and Honda Pilot ). Bobby Salvatore was also helpful and provided good information. Just recently, we dealt with Ray Santilli and he was instrumental in helping us buy a brand new Honda Pilot 2020. Ray was focused in assisting us one hundred per cent and very accommodating too. All three salesmen were very good. In the service department, Nicole Bibby has been my go to person every time I need to set up an appointment or help me every time I am there. Your technician, Scott , is excellent.He has serviced all the vehicles and Nicole makes sure I get him to work on the cars. We traded in two vehicles and bought the new car last week. In all the people named, they all were very professional, friendly, and a credit to your dealership. People like them make Honda a successful business and dealership! Keep these individuals. More
