I have never personally purchased a new car and my wife has only purchased one (used). So to say we were nervous and anxious about the experience is putting it lightly. I placed inquiries with just about every Toyota dealer in the area and I can say that I am incredibly happy we took Bobby's call. Bobby was responsive the entire day prior to us coming in ensuring we had a good idea of what our trade in would be, what documents we needed to purchase a new vehicle and an overall sense of how things would go. During the day of purchase Bobby was ready to answer all of our questions and show us multiple options for Rav4s. One of which we did love, but initially thought it may be a bit out of our price range. Bobby put together multiple pictures of what our financing would look like based on different down payments combined with our trade in. In the end we ended getting not just a new car, but the car we thought we would not be able to afford or have access to do to it being a more rare trim. Overall Bobby was a great person to work with through the car buying process and I would recommend anyone I know needing a new car to contact him directly. More
