I am 29 years old and been currently been working as a customer service employee through different industries since I was 16. My biggest joy in life is helping others. Whether that is helping my family at home or finding customers their next dream vehicle; it is all equally important to me. I've also been into cars since I was a boy and kept up with industry changes into today. Despite vehicles moving to a new age of fully electric, who's to say we still can't have fun? Bobby was the best seller that I've ever talked to. I'd been looking for my car at so many toyota dealer, and only Bobby helped me to get my dream car. We had an excellent experience buying a new car from Toyota of Gladstone. Our sales rep, Bobby Sites, was extremely knowledgeable, and he offered us a way to purchase a RAV4 Prime through first leasing Toyota of Gladstone. Our sales rep, Bobby Sites, was extremely knowledgeable, and he offered us a way to purchase a RAV4 Prime through first leasing it to take advantage of a Toyota lease incentive. We were skeptical at first, but Bobby gave us detailed, clear, verifiable, and transparent information, and was patient with our multiple questions, concerns, and "what ifs". He walked us through the application on line and got everything preapproved, and we drove down the next day from Seattle to to pick up our new car in order to take advantage of end-of-the-year dealer rebates. He took us for a drive and showed us all of the features of the car, and got us set for . Between doing the lease and the fact that it was an interstate sale, the financial paperwork was all a little more complicated, I'm confident that we got an incredible deal on this car. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, there weren't any hard sells, and the whole experience was very pleasant. More
