STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPT! ! If had ZERO star option would have given ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS ! Went in for appt to get simple oil change. Was told 30 minutes to complete, so I w ! If had ZERO star option would have given ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS ! Went in for appt to get simple oil change. Was told 30 minutes to complete, so I waited for completion.. ended up being 2.5 HOURS !! That was problem #1. Issue #2 was far worse. Issue #2.. vehicle was in PERFECT condition ( garage kept ) no damage/defects at all. When they brought vehicle back out & handed back key I did quick walk around. Luckily I did since found paint damage on drivers door (scratches). Notified service advisor, called manager to come look. Manager looked, saw damage & sent me to body shop to gave "buffed" out. Body shop was 2 blocks away, went straight there from dealership. Upon arriving at body shop it was discovered that there was greater damage to lower front valance/bumper. Major dent & paint damage in front, appears techs hit something while in service dept possession & didnt mention it to advisor & certainly not to me. So AVOID SERVICE DEPT AT ALL COSTS but if you must visit service.. word of advice.. DO FULL & COMPLETE WALK AROUND INSPECTION immediately upon getting key back & BEFORE leaving dealership. This must be a BH ongoing issue across ALL BH dealerships. Purchased a Jeep from BH dealership, found paint damage that had been concealed & NOT told. Had to ARGUE with service manager for several days. Even took Jeep to body shop to get estimate for repair (as service manager had agreed to) only to find out vehicle had been severly damaged front end prior, BH had sent to shop for repair. Then after arguing another week, service manager REFUSED to have repaired/corrected! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY BONIFACE HIERS DEALERSHIP !! More

We have had very good service with Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet and especially with the service department, Bobby Sternberg and the service department manager, Tim, and all the technicians that have work Chevrolet and especially with the service department, Bobby Sternberg and the service department manager, Tim, and all the technicians that have worked on our cars. The attention given to us and our vehicles, which is all done in a timely manner, is what keeps us coming to them for all our needs. We enjoy the ability to work with the dealership and always get very good treatment. More

This place would have received a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for Amanda in Service. The most rude and disrespectful person we’ve dealt with there. Not only to us but my parents as well. When given the name and what service was being performed on our vehicle, she said it’s not in our system and if you don’t have any other information I can’t help you! Pretty sure you’re in customer service and it’s your job to figure it out. And this is after she called my husband a liar. So avoid Amanda and you should have a pleasant experience! Everyone else has been GREAT!! More
