Recently I went into Boniface Hiers to have the oil changed in my 2012 Cruze as I have done for years. This time was different. Instead of the routine, l needed major work done..not surprising at 1650 changed in my 2012 Cruze as I have done for years. This time was different. Instead of the routine, l needed major work done..not surprising at 165000 miles. Bobby and his team have always taken good care of me and I trusted him, but the cost was out of my range. I spoke with Jimmy in service mgmt. he assured me the work was necessary and that they would take care of me .. and they did. Not only did they fix the original problem(s) at a discount, they fixed other repairs they found when they "opened her up"... at the same price they originally quoted. Unbelievable!! They also gave me a loaner car to drive while mine was in their care. I am SO grateful. More
