First, this was the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Fritts Ford. Second, I must say that Fritts Ford wants to sell vehicles. I was in the market to order a 2026 F250 (with just the right vehicle from Fritts Ford. Second, I must say that Fritts Ford wants to sell vehicles. I was in the market to order a 2026 F250 (with just the right bell and whistles), and the Southern California Ford dealers’ attitude was: "Here's the price; take it or leave it." I wasn’t going to take it if I could save several thousand dollars by going out of state. Fritts was the only dealer that would negotiate. So good for them. I got the price I wanted, and I am sure they made money on the deal. Ordering was fast and simple I negotiated with Evonne Charles over the phone and texts and then came into Fritts Ford and ordered the truck with Michael Hatter. It was so quick and easy I thought for sure that I must have missed something. The truck was delivered to the dealer, and I came in to pick it up and complete the sell. Bobby Sullivan completed the paperwork and there were no surprises, the price was the negotiated price. I know that is what you would expect, but some of the things you see on the internet indicate otherwise. He took us on a test drive, explained the initial set up of the Bluetooth then handed us off to Lisa Tolan in Finance. Again, it was easy and quick. No hard sells on warrantees or add-ons. Here it is, if you want it you can get it or order it later. So a great experience with Fritts Ford. If I need another car I will give them the first look. More
