Just an overall excellent experience. Bobby S., who was my sales consultant, did a fantastic job by making me feel welcomed, and doing what he needed to do to make a deal happen. Personally, I always dread going to dealerships because how things could turn out, but my experience at Fritts Ford was the exact opposite of what I expected. Everything went smoothly, I walked out with the car I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team that handled my shopping experience—major kudos. When I’m in the market for another Ford, I’ll be sure to come back here. More
