Your service manager is awful. I had to speak to the GM Bob to get a refund on a door switch which was recommended by service advisor Calbe. Also I didn't realize the 3% charge for using credit card, VW refunded the charge minus the 47.02 service. I repaid the bill with debit but the service was not credited back and when I reached out to service manager Danny or Danny I was told I would have to drive back to the dealership to reproduce the initial card (30 miles. I brought the car in to get ride of the fault lights and almost $1600.00 later I left with the fault lights still on VERY OBNOXIOUS SERVICE MANAGER, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Not even sure the 900 dollar labor to replace the vacuum in less that 2 hours was worth that kind of money Very disappointed More
