I was skeptical of how I would be treated at a Mercedes/ high end car dealership when I wasn’t purchasing an overly expensive vehicle from them. I believe Boris listened to my requests for the items I had high end car dealership when I wasn’t purchasing an overly expensive vehicle from them. I believe Boris listened to my requests for the items I had concerns about & the staff treated me the same whether I was purchasing a $20k car or a $100k car! I was very happy with my buying experience! I did the test drive & my purchase over 2 different lunch hours so I was happy at how considerate the staff was of my time. They were well prepared & did not make me wait/ waste my time! Very efficient! The only thing that I was surprised to see was the gas tank was only a 1/4 tank full when we drove off the lot, but was not a show stopper! More

This is my second car i bought from this dealer. My first experience was great. That's why i came back for the second car. However, on my second experience wasn't good and I don't think i would ever come bac experience was great. That's why i came back for the second car. However, on my second experience wasn't good and I don't think i would ever come back to buy anymore car from this dealer. I know that all car dealers have been experiencing chip shortages, and i completely understand that. After 8 months waiting for my car, the car i ordered missing the 3 features, but i was ok with it. However, when i came to pick up my car, i didn't feel that i was welcomed or appreciated by the saler nor even a thank you. All the deals and $200 referrals which they promised at the beginning wasn't given when i came to pick up the car. $200 is nothing to me which i accepted to buy the car without it, but it clearly showed how a big car dealer didn't keep their words to the customer. Just because of that $200 you've just lost one of your customers. I know that you don't care about me right now because there are many people waiting for cars and you can sell it easily. Just remember that when everything comes back to normal and when you really need your customers. They are gone! More
