Took a lot longer than expected to fix my car and wasn’t offered a loaner until a week later. Also, I asked twice if someone could appraise my car for a trade in as I was interested in looking at a new car offered a loaner until a week later. I spent over $2,000 dollars and couldn’t even get a trade in value for my car after it was sitting there for over a week. I will be going elsewhere from now on. More

The last service experience, the dealership forgot that my car was there. This time had my car for 19 days without providing an estimate for work or authorization for work to begin. During this time my und my car was there. This time had my car for 19 days without providing an estimate for work or authorization for work to begin. During this time my understanding is that parts were being acquired from another state. This turned out to be untrue, and my car was just sitting at the dealership. Originally, their service department suggested a part to fix the issue (getting a used seat pod for a faulty airbag sensor, bc new ones are no longer available) but ultimately backed out of doing the work and said that they wouldn’t guarantee it would even work, and if it didn’t, I would still the financially liable for the part and labor. Oh, and even if it did work they would require I sign a liability waver. They suggested that I trade in my car with 80k miles on it & they could connect me with a salesperson to get into a new WV - Laughable. Avoid the headache. Go somewhere else with your VW needs. More

Long wait for work and had to revisit the following week. I stopped in for oil change and service and decided to get tires as well. Turned into a nearly 5 hour visit. Then had to return the following week I stopped in for oil change and service and decided to get tires as well. Turned into a nearly 5 hour visit. Then had to return the following week with new tire leaking air. It was taking 5-7 psi every 24 hours. After almost 2 hours was told the wheel was losing air due to cold weather. I know how that works and daily air is not because of cold weather. I asked to check bead seal and valve stem. They took tire off and reset it. I drove the car in and it s was smooth as could be. After the one tire situation, I drove home and my teeth were rattled due to vibration and lack of balance. I got home and took the shell off and took it to the closest tire shop who Reba lanced it and it is now smooth again and not leaking anymore. Just frustrating. If you can’t easily accommodate the additional business, please don’t ask for it. I am considering taking my future service elsewhere after these two visits that left my simple problem unresolved. More

Disappointed with my services done here. First the oil consumption test was incomplete because agent had forgot to tell mechanics having to restart test that takes months. Secondly, the underlaying of the car was not put on properly causing me to drive car while the part was dragging for miles. Overall, the experience has caused me to spend more time the shop than I had hoped. Not what I excepted from VW. More
