Completely Satisfactory In Every Way When I contacted the dealership I was very specific about what we needed for the car (had to be able to accommodate a power chair lift) and also about When I contacted the dealership I was very specific about what we needed for the car (had to be able to accommodate a power chair lift) and also about where I wanted my payments to be. Jamie was unfailingly polite, attentive and helpful during this process, even though I had many questions and problems. Being in a power chair and with my husband recovering from a recent stroke, we needed to do most of our shopping from home, as well as the credit process, etc. Jamie worked with me for several days during the course of which the service manager also called me to ascertain the requirements for my power chair lift, as well as making a call himself to the manufacturer of my lift to assure that everything was done correctly. They then arranged for the installation of the hitch on my new Equinox. Everything possible was done to help us throughout this whole process, even up to turning in my rental car to the rental company. We are VERY happy with the service and consideration we received. Oh, by the way, we LOVE the Equinox. More
