I've never had any issues with this dealership until now. the communication was horrible. It took several days to find out what was wrong with my car, and I understand that the service center may ahve been v the communication was horrible. It took several days to find out what was wrong with my car, and I understand that the service center may ahve been very busy, but talking to someone was much more difficult than it should have been. i wish i didn't have to chase down my advisor to hear anything. Even if he didn't have any news, letting a customer know that they haven't been forgotten or ignored would have been appreciated. Additionally, being without a car for a week is difficult and my advisor provided no helpful alternatives. I've had this advisor before and he has been helpful and attentive in the past, but not so much this time. I didn't even see him when I went to pick up my car. Not the best customer service. More

Boyce always goes above and beyond to make sure I fully understand the work being done on my car. He takes the time to clearly explain each recommended service, why it’s needed, and provides a detailed breakdown of the costs involved. That level of transparency and patience makes a big difference and builds a lot of trust. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely committed to customer care, but Boyce delivers on both every time. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer any questions without making me feel rushed.
