I own a Maserati and I believed that this dealership was a safe and fair place to bring my vehicle for service. I previously brought it in for an oil change because the instrumentation on the dashboard a safe and fair place to bring my vehicle for service. I previously brought it in for an oil change because the instrumentation on the dashboard indicated I was due for one. $300 plus later, I was informed of other things that needed to be completed on my vehicle and my oil change light was reset. I also got the oil changed at that time. My next oil change, I brought it back to the same dealership. The 21 point free inspection revealed nothing needed for my car. Oil change was completed. However, the oil light was not reset. I was told that the light would not be reset because there was no major maintenance done. That maintenance according to the person was required at 40000 and again at 50000 miles. I was also told that this came from corporate. Needless to say, this dealership or the service guy are lying and I have made a complaint to corporate to determine how can an oil change be completed and you not reset the oil light. More
