Another example of outstanding customer service yesterday courtesy of the fine members of the Honda World Service Department. I have to give a shout out to Robert Skinner, my service advisor. He was very pro courtesy of the fine members of the Honda World Service Department. I have to give a shout out to Robert Skinner, my service advisor. He was very professional, very patience with my questions, and very knowledgeable in explaining the detailed inspection performed on my vehicle. Robert is the perfect example of what happens when a business or company takes the time to assemble an award winning team. I hope the management team rewards Robert with a free lunch and parking space for a month acknowledging the outstanding customer service Robert provided yesterday. His efforts do not go unnoticed !!! I have been a satisfied customer of Honda World for approximately 40 years. I wish everybody who works at Honda World nothing but continued success !!! More

We were so very pleased with the outcome of my purchase. Blake was so attentive and went above and beyond. The only complaint that I have would be that while washing the car there was chip put in the paint Blake was so attentive and went above and beyond. Knowing what you want and getting what you want can be a very long process, however, John and Honda world worked with us and made sure we got what we wanted and for the price point we wanted!
