Brad the service manager has been very helpful and accommodating from the first time I went there years back up until now. I’ve had bad experiences with some of the service agents back then but I’m gl accommodating from the first time I went there years back up until now. I’ve had bad experiences with some of the service agents back then but I’m glad those people are not working there anymore. Brad the manager is the only one left that I can remember that is still working in Gay Kia when I first became a customer back in 2016. I am so glad he is still works there as he been always helpful and consistent in the way he interacts with the customers. I was contemplating in trading my Kia Sorento for a different make just to avoid going back to Gay Kia because of how a service agent treated me back then since its the only Kia center near me but since Brad is still the manager and those agents were gone I decided to keep my car because its still reliable. I hated that back then that service agents were very shady in giving me quotes and didn’t explain what the things needs to be done and how much it’s going to be. This time, Billy was my service agent and so far he has been treating me right and was also helpful in the explaining and making me understand my quotes. Gay Kia is lucky to have them working for their company. I like that they have a comfortable waiting area with drinking water and coffee available for customers. Keep it up Gay Kia and more power to you. More

Gay Kia Service department sucks. They don’t communicate with their customer. I even left my email thanking it would be faster to respond by email than phone. My Kia Sorrento was towe They don’t communicate with their customer. I even left my email thanking it would be faster to respond by email than phone. My Kia Sorrento was towed there due to engine failure. I called my service advisor ( Billie) several times, and never got a call back. Finally after 2 week I went up there in person and spoke to John who was not my service advisor, but he nice enough all my questions. I informed my service that I needed a rental, and I also needed to know if towing would be reimbursed. He responded by says and I will check on it, and get back to you. I never heard back about either one. I finally picked up my car, and decided because of Gay Kia crappy service department to got rid of the car. We didn’t even take it home and traded for a Buick. More

Gay family auto has always been amazing and taking care of me as well as my beautiful black Betty K5 in a timely manner, and they are always so considerate to my needs.
