I was told that my moon roof would be covered awhile back but there were no loaner cars at the time and this is my familys only transportation. I was very disappointed that it took over two weeks to diagnose my car and another two to repair.(my car is still under warranty) I rented two cars and was finally put into two different loaners. I was n diagnose my car and another two to repair.(my car is still under warranty) I rented two cars and was finally put into two different loaners. I was never once called with the status until I inquired. Due to the fact they had my car for a month I requested my car be washed and detailed. It was washed and I was told it was vacuumed. It was not. This was not a very good experience. In addition for those that need loaners be prepared to be out on a list of 20 or more. More
