Thank you for the review. We wish you felt differently. Please take a moment and read our response to your issues. 1. We would like to apologize for the cleanliness if the Used vehicle you purchased. It is our goal to have all of our pre-owned vehicles looking brand new. Please feel free to come back and well can certainly clean it up better for you. 2. The information we provided to you was all of the information we had on the vehicle. We provided you with the CARFAX, the service history that we had on it and our pricing information. 3. We did not have floormats for it, therefore it had no floormats. 3. We the vehicle's price was the lowest price in the area. As far as negotiation, you failed to mention that we did negotiate roughly $1500 on your trade. And lastly 4. The tire pressure light wasn't on when you left with your vehicle, which means the tire pressure was correct when you drove away. Again thank you for the review. Please bring it back here for us to clean up better for you.
