Brad has been helping customers in the service drive since 1996, while also balancing an eight year career in the army, during which he was deployed to Afghanistan. He now lives in Annandale where in his spare time away from work he enjoys boating on the lakes and the occasional round of golf.

SERVICE TO THE MAX! We have been back in the Buffalo area for nearly 30 years now and have purchased some vehicles from Ryan and have had ever so much service work done t We have been back in the Buffalo area for nearly 30 years now and have purchased some vehicles from Ryan and have had ever so much service work done there (not because of quality but for many years I drove 60 - 75,000 miles a year). There was a time I'm sure that some of Ryan's employees thought I worked there I was there so much. Why? Because I was always treated like they really cared and you know what, they did! The service writers have always done what they could to accommodate our needs and the staff in the shop have been nothing less than professional every time they turned a wrench. I recall only one time of ever having to return when a repair wasn't correct and that was a very minor incident. As our busy lives slow down in our retirement/semi-retirement years we probably won't be shopping for many new vehicles but when we do, we will return to the same place that has won our business over and over again with great service. Sales people have come and gone but there is always someone there to help including Bob and Bill. I must also mention that over time I have had the pleasure to deal with three young men with the last name of Ryan and I can only say that these men have been raised right. No matter what job they were doing at the time they were very helpful and an asset to any organization - not just one with their family name on it! Great experience working with Doug and Steve. I purchased a used Lexus RX330 for my daughter. Doug Rambow was very easy to work with. No pressure and was able to answer all my questions. I am a picky about purchasing a used car and I am pretty detailed about looking for issues. When an issue was found Doug and Ryan Chev took care of it. When I wanted something done Doug took care of it and we worked together on those items. The price was low and my daughter loves the car. The long drive was worth it. Thanks Doug ! More

Scott Goodmanson is BIG reaon why we come back to Ryan's! in 2007, I purchased my FISRT Ryan vehicle. It was a 2007 Tahoe. Since 2007, I have come back to Ryan's for 6 additional cars/trucks, Scott Goodmanson is a BIG part of that reason. Scott has excellent business abilities and even better personal skills. NEVER do you get the feeling of a pushy or unneeded sale. Scott is a good listener and advisor. Yes, we have purchased 7 autos in 7 years, all with Scott Goodmanson. My fist experience, 7 years ago, was fantastic. The same can be said for each and every sale since! When we have someone like Scott to work with, WHY would you go anywhere else? Scott now works with both of my sons, my sister and father-in-law. I have recommended them ALL to Scott, He is the FIRST one and only one we think of when our family has auto needs. On Thursday evening, I came out and my Chevrolet Impala had lights flashing that said I needed to " Service Stabilitrak". This had never happened before and I wasn't sure what to do. As I drove home my c had lights flashing that said I needed to " Service Stabilitrak". This had never happened before and I wasn't sure what to do. As I drove home my car was also flashing that I was losing power. I was not able to drive over 30 miles per hour on the way to Buffalo. I was hoping to make it to Ryan's where I had purchased the car. I got to Ryan's at 7:40 and Brad Harloff, Service Manager, told me that my problems were due to the extreme cold weather. He also gave me a courtesy car to drive home that night. He told me to call him in the morning. When I called him the next morning and he gave me the bad news that it would cost over $500 to fix the car, I told him that couldn't afford that much. He worked with me on the price and waived the diagnostic fee. My car was fixed by noon on Friday. Brad called me to let me know the car was repaired and I picked it up on Friday night. Brad Harloff was very courteous and did exactly what he said he would do and waived the diagnostic fee. My car is fixed now and driving fine. More

The service was excellent and efficient! All service being done on the vehicle was explained in a way that was understandable.
