Very disappointed after having to wait for 2.5 hours for an oil change. After calling service manager he was surprised to hear this. I tried to do the mobile check in. It would not work. I parked in the mobile check in areas. Went to the door. It was still locked as it was 7:30 right when they opened for the day. The whole staff was very unprofessional and very much seemed like they were there for a paycheck and was working by force. Not the atmosphere I am accustomed to at Delta Airlines, Hilton Hotels, or Chick-fil-A. When I picked up my car I had to go find someone in the building and it seemed like all was to busy engaged in personal conversations with their co-workers and was bothered when I had to clear my throat to get their attention. I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready. No talking to me of what they did with the recall of my airbags. No mentioning to me if they checked my car for any issues or anything. Just a "I will get your car for you" More

I went to get my Fait 500L service for routine maintenance along with my 1500 mile service package. The service member that handled it, Richard was great. He was friendly and gave an estimated t maintenance along with my 1500 mile service package. The service member that handled it, Richard was great. He was friendly and gave an estimated time it would take to get the car serviced. When we returned he informed us that one part they had to order and it would be an hour long. He talked with his manager to see what options he could offer me. I decided to wait and have the service done and when it was complete, he offered a discount for the inconvenience. I will recommend this dealership for both buying and getting services to family and friends. More

They did a great job working on our JEEP, Patriot we came in from out of state to see our oldest Daughter they were able to take on the job when we brought it in early Saturday morning.
