He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. He spent so much time showing me all the new technology. I was taken through the whole beautiful showroom and met all the staff from various areas. The fiance mgr. explained the contract and all my paperwork was done quickly. When I had a question the next day Brad told me to come right in .He sat in the car with me again explaining the systems again !!!.! .The staff all remembered me and all asked how I liked my new car.. How awesome is that in this age of poor customer service. With our recent purchase, Gino was the first salesman we met. Shortly after meeting him, Gino had to leave us to help an earlier customer. Gino introduced us to Brad who we worked with until our purchase of an Outback was complete. Brad was great!! He was informed, helpful and very kind. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and answered our questions with knowledge and honesty. With the help of Mike Kaminski we purchased the car at a price we appreciate. Trading in our former car went smoothly. We thought we would have to order the car we wanted, but they had a close-enough car in stock, so we left the dealership that night with a car we love. Will buy my next car here When I started looking for a new car, I test drove 14 cars at 6 different dealerships in NE Ohio. The very first car I test drove was the Subaru Cross When I started looking for a new car, I test drove 14 cars at 6 different dealerships in NE Ohio. The very first car I test drove was the Subaru Crosstrek, but at a different dealership. I loved the car the moment I saw it and loved it even more as I began to drive. The only problem is the dealership I was at was a bit pushy to get a sale. When I walked into Ganley Subaru East, I was greeted by Brad immediately. He let me take the Crosstrek for another spin, and knew literally everything there was to know about this car. It was at that moment I knew I wanted the Crosstrek and I wanted to purchase it from this dealership. Brad was just a genuine guy who wanted nothing more than for me to walk away happy. He was not pushy or money hungry like some of the previous car salesmen I worked with at other dealerships. I also had the pleasure of working with Matt who's knowledge of Subaru's is unmatched. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience at Subaru East. It was a painless purchase and I walked away with a great deal and a great car. My father bought his Impreza from this dealership a few months back and his referral lead me to my dream car. A huge thanks to all at Subaru East including Brad, Matt, and Mark. My 2018 Crosstrek will not be my last Subaru. Looking forward to seeing you all soon. More
