However, Brad Lunar exemplifies what it means to provide truly excellent customer service. Brad treats his "customers" more like family and friends. He listens to your concerns, is respectful of your budget, and uses this information to find the perfect car for you! He does everything in his power to ensure that you are happy with your car and truly cares that you have an excellent Subaru experience. What's more, he makes himself available at any point in the decision-making process to answer questions, and even after you drive off the lot, checking in to make sure you are completely satisfied with every aspect of the leasing or buying process. Brad's honest approach along with his knowledge of the vehicles make him an outstanding salesperson- the best I've had the opportunity to come in contact with- in ANY industry. He cares about you and your entire journey leading up to the day you pick up your new Subaru and follows up with you even after the delivery is made. He's there to make sure your journey with Subaru is seamless and positive!! He's always ready to answer any questions and address any concerns you might have regarding any part of your purchase. Jimmy, in financing, makes the whole process easy to understand and unintimidating!! He's a great guy and is willing to work with you! Gary Heck, in the service dept, is equally wonderful! He always has a smile on his face, always ready to take care of whatever you need whether it's scheduled maintenance or any other issue you're facing! Dean, one of the mechanic/technicians, is great at what he does! He KNOWS these cars and is capable of explaining them to you in a very uncomplicated way. He does great work and pays attention to the details. He can answer all your questions! He's a mechanic you can trust! This dealership is The Gold Standard.... one all other dealerships should be measured against!! They are the best in the business! This is by NO means your average car dealship. No one here has ever treated myself or my husband like 'just a customer' or 'just a sale'. Low key sales approach I was looking at a number of other car brands, and they all had the same approach in bringing in a manager to try to close the deal. I'm 72 and that h I was looking at a number of other car brands, and they all had the same approach in bringing in a manager to try to close the deal. I'm 72 and that has never worked on me, ever. Ganley did not do that. I worked with Brad, was comfortable, and feel that I was treated fairly. Nice car by the way. More

Joining the Subaru Club My husband had been looking for a new car. He decided on th Legacy after a ton of research. Brad Lunar helped him find the perfect car in May 2017. After touring the facility with him that day, I have to say I was impressed. We have been a Ford family for years but recently have been very disappointed in the quality of the Fords and especially in the repair work and recalls. After hearing how much my husband was loving his Legacy, I decided it was time to trade in my Ford Escape for a Subaru so naturally I went to see Brad. On July 20th I became the proud owner of a Subaru Outback. I'm loving my new car! More
