I was acknowledged and felt welcome from the moment I stepped through the dealership door that morning. Brad was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable before, during and after the test drive. The sales completion process itself was quick and pressure free. Brad went over all the basic features of the car before I left and indicated that he would be happy to answer any followup questions I might have at any time via his cell phone. He also called me within a week to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new Subaru Forester which I truly am! The sense is that they will continue to be there for us long after the sale. Brad worked well with us and was respectful of our needs and our timeline, as well as providing the information and accommodations we requested. He even offered to help us sync our testy garage door opener. That hasn't yet happened, but I"m certain it will, since he consistently has kept his promises. Pricing was hassle-free, as was delivery. No negatives to mention at all. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

First time going to a dealership with the intention of buying a car and let’s just say it was amazing. The dealership was very clean and welcoming from the second I pulled in as well as how everything was buying a car and let’s just say it was amazing. Brad was an amazing salesman and very personal through the entire experience. Not once did he try and push anything for me to go with another model or pay for something I wasn’t comfortable with. Brad and the sales manager Mike were very helpful and were able to work with me to get everything into a good position in order to take on this 2020 WRX. First time buying a new car and especially a Subaru, I would recommend Brad Lunar to anyone going to buy a Subaru and will be telling anyone I know about my wonderful experience. More
