Service center unneeded fixes I had my QX60 in for some extended warranty work which turned out great. However during its visit I received a call from Brad that when the service te I had my QX60 in for some extended warranty work which turned out great. However during its visit I received a call from Brad that when the service tech was looking over the car that it needed a serpentine belt replaced as it was showing signs of dry rot and had cracks. I declined the fix as they wanted $200 bucks to change it. The same tech said the wipers needed replacing due to tears for $65 bucks. Being very mechanically talented I refused the changes on the merit of cost alone. A serpentine belt is $40 bucks at the auto parts and wipers are $25 bucks. So I got home and bought a new serpentine belt and changed it myself. Much to my disappointment the belt had zero cracks in it. I then looked at the wipers which also had zero tears. So it leads me to believe the suggestions were merely a way to make money on a customer. The problem with this customer is I’m talented enough to work on these cars myself. I do not have the name of the tech who made these suggestions but Grubbs should watch this more closely as it did put a bad taste in my mouth to not trust Grubbs on items outside the warranty. As for Brad, his customer service “once I got on the schedule” was impeccable as usual. More

Price Clark was great to work with. My last sales professional went to another company but Price is even better so we were happy with him. He knew a lot about t was great to work with. He knew a lot about the car and was accomodating about one of our requests ( wanting a tech package without the DVD player/monitor. Anyways, Price Clark is officially our new Infiniti Guy so what more is there to say? Good job! More

Brad Ogle alongside Price Clark keep me sane!! :) The service department here is unlike any other dealership, you never get stuck standing there feeling like “hmm, what do I do?”. You are always greet The service department here is unlike any other dealership, you never get stuck standing there feeling like “hmm, what do I do?”. You are always greeted promptly and if that person can’t help you then they take you to someone who can right at that moment. Brad has been especially helpful due to my vehicle being involved in an accident and he has called me every day that my car has been at their dealership to give me an update, even if it just to let me know basically that he is being attentive and has checked on my car today, leaves a voicemail if I’m unavailable. I have never had this type of trusting relationship with any dealership and I think this is crucial when making the decision to purchase or lease a vehicle, sometimes you can have an amazing salesman and then the service department that you deal with for the remainder of your time with the car is awful. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! You get the best of both worlds, and I can’t stress that enough. :) More

Price Clark is a 10 in every way! Price Clark. That’s who you ask for if you are looking to lease or buy a new car. I have never had such a smooth, efficient and simply put, an amazing Price Clark. That’s who you ask for if you are looking to lease or buy a new car. I have never had such a smooth, efficient and simply put, an amazing dealership experience in my entire life. He went above and beyond to make sure it went that way, not to mention he was completely ready and on board even though they were going to close 30 minutes before we headed that way. Like I said though, it was quick and efficient, I left an hour later after arriving with a brand new Q60 coupe with every add-on I wanted and more, he even beat another dealerships salesmen deal by over 4K. Price has even stayed by my side since January when I got the vehicle, helping out and scheduling any service and basically will do anything to make my life easier in regard to my car. I don’t plan on going anywhere else when it comes to vehicles as long as Price is at Grubbs. Not your average pushy salesman. Genuine and cares. More
