I am disabled, and making the trip is a little difficult. Dealt with Brad Ogle in service, and when i took it back the second time, I asked that they do an oil change "on the house" for my trouble. He said no problem. The work was completed, oil change also, in about an hour. EXCELLENT service! More

On March13th my wife dropped the smart key for her g37 at work in Coppell and it was run over and did not work after that, and yes we only had one. As for a new key they need the car and closed at 6p.m. We work in Coppell and it was run over and did not work after that, and yes we only had one. As for a new key they need the car and closed at 6p.m. We had the car towed to Grubbs and arrived after 6 but the service guys were still there, that's when Brad took over and found a young tech still in the shop. The Keys were made with Derek still at the parts counter helped us out as well. The extra effort is a commodity you can not put a price on, that is why we recommend Grubbs. Thanks!
