Everyone was understanding about my concerns with a few small things and your service manager got me in early than I expected to get in for my service and your sales team was very helpful explaining some i small things and your service manager got me in early than I expected to get in for my service and your sales team was very helpful explaining some issues I was having with my computer All and all, I was very satisfied with the dealership and that's why I drive to Freeport for service rather than stay in Dixon for service. I had the car in for repair of a diagnostic code that came up. Picked the repaired vehicle up and within 60 miles of driving home, the same code came up. When I got home an hour later I called the repair came up. Picked the repaired vehicle up and within 60 miles of driving home, the same code came up. Kept my car inside overnight (during thunderstorms) and I appreciated that to avoid picking it up and bringing it back the next day. I was a bit put off when someone sorta pointed me to the door for the cash appreciated that to avoid picking it up and bringing it back the next day. I was a bit put off when someone sorta pointed me to the door for the cashiers with no other direction. I had never been there and was in for a recall so wasn't sure why id see the cashier. Overall service to car was great. More
