I purchased an F150 from this dealership and they were terrific. Very helpful in making sure I selected the correct vehicle for me. The finance department made everything a breeze and Anthony was outstan terrific. Very helpful in making sure I selected the correct vehicle for me. Have returned many times for the routine maintenance and their service department was very competent, now that I’m out of state really miss how great those guys were in doing things the right way, including leaving my truck nice and clean. More

I purchased a new 2016 Ford Edge Sport back in June from "Koons Sterling Ford". Recently, I had to have it serviced for engine issues and needless to say the entire staff at "Koons Sterling Ford" far exceeded my expectations. Bottom line: I would highly recommend these guys without hesitation to anyone and everyone thinking of purchasing (and/or) servicing a vehicle. The entire staff at "Koons Sterling Ford" are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and experienced at providing excellent customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied! Avoid the Used Car Dealership Dealer was aware we were traveling from another state. The Ford Fusion falsely advertised. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with I bought a used 2006 F-150 from this dealership in August 2014. The purchase experience went well. I bought a comprehensive warranty. Then I tried I bought a used 2006 F-150 from this dealership in August 2014. The purchase experience went well. I bought a comprehensive warranty. Then I tried to take my vehicle in for repair. I brought the truck into the service department in December 2014. Aside from some difficulty scheduling the service, the experience was again okay. I believe the difficulty arose because I was also trying to schedule some repair work that the dealership had agreed to perform at the time of purchase - fixing a small rust hole. After I wasn't getting calls back to schedule my appointment, I dropped the rust hole request and just scheduled the service work. I got in right away. In the shop they determined that the 4wd actuator needed to be replaced along with something in the emergency brake assembly (which was causing the brake light to stay illuminated regardless of engagement). At this point my experience turned into the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. EVER. They had to order the parts and said they'd call me back when the parts came in to bring the truck back in. I took the truck home. A month passed. I started calling the dealership for an update. I don't remember how many calls I made and how many different service technicians I spoke with over a several month period. Nobody ever knew what was going on with my order (they would constantly look at the record in their system but couldn't understand where the parts were, or if they'd even been properly ordered, etc.). Everyone promised to look into it and call me back. No one ever called me back, which was why I had to keep calling. I easily called in more than 8 times. Not only that, may of the people on the line were rude and blatantly indifferent to my problems. I finally went into the dealership sometime in April and spoke with a manager. They introduced me to the service manager, who said they'd take care of everything and was very polite and offered to set up a courtesy car for the entire time the truck would be in the shop. We have a third car so I decided to just drop the truck off and use my own car. I dropped the truck off sometime around the beginning of May. At this time, given the circumstances and the extra attention being paid to my truck, I requested that they fix the rusted hole. Long story short, my truck is still there. I've made a payment and a half on a truck that I haven't been able to use. After a couple weeks I called in and the service dept said that they had performed their portion of the work, but they had to pass the truck over to sales to fix the rusted hole. They said they'd talk to sales about it and expedite repair. Weeks passed. I called back again and the service technician was surprised that I didn't have my truck back yet. After more calls, the sales guy that sold me my car called me and said they were sending the truck to the body shop for repair (he was polite on the phone, and although he said he didn't quite remember agreeing to this, they were going to do it). That was last week. It's Friday and I haven't received any calls. I called the sales guy yesterday and left a message. I called service today and they said they'd look into it and call me back. I just can't believe the experience I've had, even more so since escalating it in April. You'd think that after dropping the ball so horribly for months on end, and with an irate customer coming to the dealership, they would have bent over backwards to make sure everything was done quickly without any hitches. Apparently not. I will never go back to this dealership. I may never buy a Ford again. I have had a toyota, a honda, an acura, and a lexus, and I used each dealership for service and repair work, and I never got treated this way. I would stay away from this dealership. More
