While my career spans a variety of industries, the constant across them all has been my focus on creating exceptional customer experiences. I like to meet my customers where they are in their car shopping journey and provide them with whatever support they need to feel confident and excited in their purchase. I have a background in electric vehicle education and sales. When it comes to my affinity towards the auto industry, I especially love when manufacturers take risks to break the mold with their vehicle designs, like our ID.Buzz. When I'm not at work I enjoy cooking, spending time with my wife and our 3 dogs, and spending way too much time perfecting my espresso recipe.
