Have used this dealership for last three cars but could tell something was different this time. Was supposed to have an appointment to turn in our lease but someone dropped the ball and we did not. Was j tell something was different this time. Was supposed to have an appointment to turn in our lease but someone dropped the ball and we did not. Was just assigned Michael (poor guy) told him we wanted to turn in lease and lease a new car but was told they offered no incentives at all to lease and our payments would be much higher. He did let us test drive two vehicles which was a plus for him but that is where it started going downhill. More
