I purchased a car from Bill Hood about 2 weeks ago. I was almost home that day and the low tire light came on. My wonderful salesperson Pickle told me to bring it in and y’all would take care of it. I did just that and was not happy with your Service guy working the counter. He was very rude and unprofessional. After an hour of waiting. I went to his desk and asked when they would be able to look at the tire. He said, “Well you did not make an appointment so you will be last”. I was not told to make an appointment, but I did understand. I waited another hour and he brought my keys and said you are all fixed up. I asked what was wrong with the tire. He seemed very insulted that I asked and said I don’t know. Well, I then told him I want to know. He reluctantly called the service tech. He then told me it was a nail. I don’t understand his poor attitude towards customer’s they pay his salary. This was completely unprofessional and has put a bad taste in my mouth for Bill Hood. Sincerely, Toni Popp More
