So now it is time to wheel and deal with the salesman joe Donavan, Joe is the model a a used car salesman, ready and willing to stick it to you. I have bought many cars do I already knew the game and what to expect, always give low numbers and they will give you exactly what you want. Car buying 101. Anyway we purchased a used truck and felt we got the better deal, with any used vehicle you expect issues and that's why we bought an extended warranty, I have gotten my moneys worth from those for sure. The next day I had to replace a tire, I told ole Joe but he was disinterested. On the way home today I found the my driver side mirror was coming loose, I took it to Allen chevy to fix it, quick fix no biggie. Immediately they told me I hit something, which I didn't, then z mechanic looked at it , said nothing to me and then the customer service rep told me that the studs were broke and it would cost me $650 to replace it. I said you are kidding me and left. I came home looked at thr mirror myself and seen that it was only 2 loose bolts, 1 minute fix. I am disgusted .
