Worst service ever the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing there started when I bought the vehicle there the day after I bought the truck the backup camera went out sales guy said they wou right hand is doing there started when I bought the vehicle there the day after I bought the truck the backup camera went out sales guy said they would take care of it then after that the rear windows wouldnt roll down sales guy said they would take care of that to I take my truck in they had it for three weeks nothing got fixed they never once called me to update me about anything on the vehicle I had to call them couldnt hardly get anybody on the phone and when you did they didnt know anything so finally I had to go up there and talk to the service manager and tell him that I need my truck back by the end of the next week so I went to pick it up on Friday I get there they cant find my keys waited around 20 minutes to find them once they found them they couldnt figure out the paperwork cause there was no charge on it I proceeded to tell them because nothing was fixed that was another 15 minutes waiting for an answer on the paperwork then I get in my truck to leave there was some paperwork on the left side of the dash I removed it and there was a crack in my dash under it talk to the service manager about he proceeded to tell me they never messed with my dashboard in my truck do now besides all the problems I have with the truck I have a cracked dashboard but they said they would fix my inner tierod for $1047 dollars no way would I ever let them touch my truck again or will I ever purchase a vehicle again from there I paid 27000 $ for the truck been nothing but problems since day two worst deal ship ever so I hope you all learn something from my mistake dont buy nothing from Allen Chevrolet! More
