This purchase was made in exceptionally difficult circumstances - I was arranging the purchase from Europe on the eve of my relocation back to the U.S., and needed to have the car shipped from Ohio to VA. Buying a car sight unseen is always a nerve-wracking experience, but Brad and the team made this an incredibly smooth and efficient process. Brad made sure I was happy with the car by providing detailed information, and also prepped it to perfection. This is hands down the most professional and trustworthy dealership I have ever worked with, and I intend to do further business with them despite the distance. I would like to start by saying I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Brad Schultz from the moment I inquired about the vehicle online, up until the day I purchased the vehicle. Brad took the time to answer all of my questions and found solutions to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the purchase. Also, what I really liked about Brad was his honesty during the entire process. Not one time did I feel as though Brad tried to force me into purchasing the vehicle if I was not 100% satisfied. In addition, Brad provided me with options to customize the vehicle to satisfy all of my “wants” versus encouraging me to buy a more expensive vehicle that came with all of the “bells & whistles.” That was a perfect example of honesty and good salesmanship!
