At one time Saturn of Peoria, now Peoria VW was one of my customers. And while it's been several years ago I found several of the people I had worked with were still there in one capacity or another. This is a good thing. A Dealer who takes care of his people is definitely a plus. Troy Dosch the General Manager and, Owner to be, put me in the very capable hands of Austin Sexton. Austin went above and beyond tending to my purchasing peculiarities, answering my questions and digging to find out information which was important to me. And while there were some issues during the reconditioning portion of getting my used car ready I was kept informed and feel I was treated very fairly. We have purchased many cars over our lifetime an We purchased a new car from Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen. This was my best car buying experience ever. We have purchased many cars over our lifetime and long ago started using a car broker through our credit union because of past experiences at Dealerships. We looked at Lunde’s because of a used car we saw as we were driving by. We were in the market for our son’s first car. We had worked with our car broker but had not been successful. We had been to several Dealerships over the last month and it was a dreaded experience. We understand the salespersons job, but it had not been a good experience until we wound up at Lunde’s. Upon our arrival we met our Sales Consultant Austin Sexton. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable with every one of our questions. We left the Dealership on Saturday to think about our options. We went back late on Monday, the Labor Day Holiday. Austin and his associates stayed late to help us and the entire experience was enjoyable, fast and efficient. Even after closing time we never felt rushed or put out. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, efficient and an overall enjoyable experience. Thank you Austin and Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen. More

Wayne the Hero!!!! About a month ago, I was in a bad car accident and my car got totaled. This car lasted me for years and was previously from Lund’s Volkswagen as well. About a month ago, I was in a bad car accident and my car got totaled. This car lasted me for years and was previously from Lund’s Volkswagen as well. We came in Friday to buy something that would be durable, safe and worth every dollar spent. The car that got totaled was a 2010 Kia Forte! We worked with Wayne, who has been taking care of us through four of our cars now. He is so understanding and efficient in everything he does. During our time there Friday, he took care of me through the stress of it all and allowed me to know that I was making the right choice buying from him. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta S, although it was higher than my price range, I don’t regret spending one penny of it. When Wayne knew I was stressed he made sure to do everything he can to make sure I would be happy in the end. Every customer deserves to work with Wayne, he truly has the biggest heart and you will walk out of Lund’s with a new car but also a great friendship with this guy. He deserves all the praise in the world for what he does for the company. Thanks Wayne!! My 2015 Volkswagen Jetta S is a dream to drive!!! More
