Excellent service, highly recommend I am so happy that my brother referred me to Lunde after having the usual experience at another dealership. I was helped by Danny who was wonderful. He was professional caring considerate and knowledgeable. He made it clear that his priority was helping me to find the vehicle that was right for me At no time did I feel pressured. Love my Jetta I traded in a Malibu on a new ‘17 Jetta SE. Chip and Nathaniel were so easy to deal with. They got me a great deal on a lease with payments less tha I traded in a Malibu on a new ‘17 Jetta SE. Chip and Nathaniel were so easy to deal with. They got me a great deal on a lease with payments less than I’d planned on. But mostly, Chip explained everything about my car. From Apple car play to blind spot monitoring. And Nathaniel was beyond patient explains everything about the lease. This is my first VW, my first lease and the first time I was ever so totally comfortable at a car dealer! I highly recommend these guys. More

Most amazing car buying experience! I recently purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from the Lunde's VW. Not only am I so in love with my car, but the overal experience was amazing!!! Awesome experience everytime Bought my first Passat here two years ago and have used the service center for all the maintenance and repairs, They are always friendly and treat you Bought my first Passat here two years ago and have used the service center for all the maintenance and repairs, They are always friendly and treat you well and are not just trying to sell you more services than you really need. I live 50 plus miles from Lunde's but it is really worth the drive. Now I just bought my second Passat (a Limited Edition) and the experience was even better than the first time. Albert was fantastic in understanding what I wanted and patiently let me drive two or three different cars so I could make the best choice. Also, Phil in finance get me an even better deal than what we had discussed over the phone and was great in explaining everything including any of the "extras". I will (and have) definitely recommend these guys to everyone, and if I could I would give them 10 stars. Excellent experience. Will never go anywhere else. More

Lunde's knows how to sell cars! Who would have ever thought a car could be purchased in less than 60 minutes? From working out a deal on the phone with Bennet Foreman, and then meeting our salesperson, Jake Surby, and financial manager Nathaniel Fraley, we closed on the deal in less than 30 minutes, and they came in lower than the Tucson dealers! Jake took another 10 min or so to fully explain all the features of my '14 Jetta GLI and ensure my complete satisfaction. Brad Thompson, the sales manager, gave me his card, thanked me for buying from them, and said to call for anything. After a less-than-relaxing 2-hour drive from Tucson, I was immediately put at ease when Jake greeted us out front and then brought us into the showroom. It is obvious this is a family run business and not part of some huge conglomerate. Very relaxed atmosphere and no pressure for the extras. After this experience I realize that the Tucson dealerships (all makes) band together to stick it to their customers. Lunde breaks down all barriers and has one goal in mind; to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. By the way, Jake, who is only 19, demonstrated more knowledge about my car than the three salespeople I dealt with in Tucson, all of whom were in their late 50's. This young man has a bright future. More

My husband and I had a lease that was about to expire in a few months and we began our discovery period for a replacement vehicle. Our discovery period was an excruciating experience of different dealerships spewing out rudeness, arrogance, untruths, competitor name calling, immense pressure to sign on the dotted line and perpetual unwanted contact even after we said no, we were not interested. We were so disgusted at what we'd been finding; then a friend encouraged us to give one last dealership a try, Lunde Peoria Volkswagen. I suspect out of sheer exhaustion we decided to heed the suggestion and make the trip over to Lunde. We cannot tell you how glad we are that we listened to our friend! Pulling into Lunde's parking lot was a real experience for the eyes...they had a lot of vehicles to look at. Walking into the dealership building was like stepping into the past as it was well lit, very bright and clean AND decorated with old VW vehicles from the past, which had a very charming appeal. The representative that greeted us was so low pressure it was almost ridiculous; we kept waiting for the strong-arming to begin and it never did! Mr. Carter was such a pleasant man to speak with who knew his product. We looked at a couple of vehicles before honing in on the Tiguan and test drove one. It had been a number of years since we had owned a VW product and after getting behind the wheel and feeling the quality of construction, quiet interior and the hum of the turbo-charge as the Tiguan accelerated onto the freeway...we found ourselves wondering why we hadn't thought about looking at Volkswagen sooner! After the test drive we talked about options and then pricing, We promised ourselves that we would not be pressured into signing on the spot and guess what? This dealership did nothing to pressure us in any way, as a matter of fact they gave us a copy of the quote, which was straight forward, nothing hidden as far as costs. They sent us home with the Tiguan brochure and assured us that if any questions came up we could call. Wow, what a trip this was - to be able to look, test drive and go home armed with information to make an informed decision. We called the next day and by the time we got to the dealership the vehicle was already detailed and the paperwork process went off without a hitch, no pressure and we were done in record time! Lunde Peoria Volkswagen did everything right. We are so impressed with their personnel and level of customer appreciation - the sales rep even called us a couple days after we picked up the Tiguan to see if we had any questions! A+ to Lunde Peoria Volkswagen for a pleasant, that's right I said PLEASANT, no hassle, no pressure car buying experience. It was also so very nice as a woman to be treated with equal footing to my husband during the entire buying process. We are absolutely loving the Tiguan and Lunde! Likely this is the only dealership we will deal with when the time comes for another vehicle. If you are in the market for a new car or a great used car, you owe it to yourself to go see Ron Carter at Lunde Volkswagen...he will make a believer out of you too! More

We ended up buying the Fiat and I am thrilled!!! Your whole team was amazing! Trust me, both my husband and I are in retail and we speak to a lot of people and both of us will recommend your dealership for sure every chance we get. This was the best experience I have every had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was kind and helpful. I am pleased to say they were not the pushy sales man type of dealership. They went above and beyond to fix an aesthetic issue on a used car we bought. They could have sold it to us as-is but went out of their way to make us happy. When we didn't have reliable transportation while we were waiting for the car to be ready they gave us a loaner car. I was recommended this dealership from a friend and I will be glad to recommend them to anyone. More
